Course Description:

This introductory course covers the following topics: circuit variables and elements, Kirchhoff's laws, simple resistive circuit analysis,        voltage and current dividers, Delta to Wye and Pi to tee equivalent circuits, circuit analysis techniques (mesh and nodal analysis), Thevenin’s and   Norton’s equivalent circuits, basics of active circuit elements, and transient analysis of RL, RC, and RLC.
